Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 90 days of purchase. If an item is returned more than 90 days after purchase, a return will be administered in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
Exchanges will be made if you request the exchange within 15 days of receiving the item.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Please email us at customerservice@jofit.com or call us at 866-99-JOFIT to submit a return/exchange request. We will issue you a RA# and an address for you to send the item back to us. A refund or exchange for your returned item will be issued as soon as the return has been received and processed.
