Resident Essentials - Rewards Program:
Earn free merchandise with our Rewards Program! Our Rewards Program enables facilities and agencies to earn 5% merchandise credit as long as you purchase $250 or more over the course of the year. Once you reach the $250 mark, you will have earned $12.50, and can use it to purchase anything from our catalog and/or free returns.
Additionally, facilities that purchased $250 or more in the previous fiscal year will earn 10% credit on the purchases that exceed last year’s sales level (feel free to call us at 888-543-2566 if you would like to know your purchases from last year).
Shipping charges and sales tax will not be included in your purchase amounts. Returned merchandise will be credited against purchases. Facility orders (merchandise for the facility rather than for a specific resident) may be excluded. The Rewards Program cannot be combined with other offers. Participation in this program requires that invoices are paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
