Virginia Accounting Services does not force it's clients into a yearly contract. If you are unhappy with our service you may cancel at any time. We do ask that you sign a brief statement giving us permission to do your work. Payment is expected upon receiving your work on a monthly basis unless you are setup as a quarterly or yearly client. Our fee to compile backwork is $50 per hour and is expected when the completed work is delivered. A deposit may be required.
